As you're over the time that it was said that your case would be processed by, you could get your (sponsor's) Member of Parliament to look into things for you. But seeing as though they are asking you for updated information I'd say your case is moving along, albeit slowly.

My husband in Canada vent to the MP and this was the answer for the enquiry that the MP made. So now I don't have a choice just to make another police certificate. It will take two weeks to get it and then it takes about 3 to 5 business days to post it to Vienna. Oh yeah and don't forget about processing times. Yes if I look at your point my application is moving along but really really really slowly it should have been done by now.

I've just started the process and I'm dreading the wait, so I can only imagine how you must feel. Hope things come quickly now for you after all this. It's quite ridiculous that it should have to take this long at one visa office!

My application was received in the CPC-Mississauga mailroom on January 15, so I'm still waiting for my AOR from them. I am hoping that it stays in Mississauga and doesn't get transferred to Vienna, but I am doubtful it will not get transferred.

I know it looks like they deliberately delaying my application. In October I received the ARC, in November new medical, in December new pictures and now new police certificate. I don't know what is going on! They could have asked everything at the same time. I think they just pulling to time for some reason. It is killing me. But the thing I don't understand is they only supposed to approve the Arc application if the sponsorship was already accepted. So I have more questions now than ever and I don't understand that of things but I don't think it's just pulling time.

You have been in the process for a long time now, hope they will DM and send you PPR when they receive your new police certificate. Why did they make you get an ARC? Did you get a deportation or exclusion order?

I got a deportation order, I was living in Canada for 13 years I had a really bad lawyer. She basically messed up my first sponsorship application so I had to leave that's why I got to deportation order.
But like you said I'm really hoping this is the last thing they're asking. It is too long now.

Hope you get DM soon now too. I would imagine that this did slow you down significantly as I'm sure the VO will want to be thorough in checking the Deportation Order and what it was linked to, perhaps spending some more time on criminality despite the ARC. Might also explain the repeated requests for current PCCs.

I have a question?ECAS shows the address of my sponsor, whether I need to change or is enough to notify visa office.I am a PA in outlend
now it turns out that we are at the same address. The sponsor has to change the address because of moving from the apartment to the apartment.

he address was correct at the beginning of the process, then it was transferred to Vienna office.
My husband's sponsor changed his address and now my ECAS shows his address.
It turns out that we are at the same address, but we are not
I'm still at the old address I put on the application.

The Visa Office is dealing with your case so if you notify them of all the correct addresses, I would assume that they would be able to make any changes in the systems as necessary.

If PR address was correct and they changed it to be same as sponsor in ecase is mean they prepare for decision made as after DM you should live with your sponsor so it is your new address , is good sign not mistake

Avg 1,2017 i get an email that they recived our application....
Avg 4,2017 they asked for Backround Check,
Avg 10,2017 asked for medical exam,he did right a way
Avg 19,2017 got a message -meddical exam passed
Avg 21,2017 out application is in Vienna....
...and now stil waiting.
Did someone know how along takes for final decision for us who are in Vienna Office?
Also,is there anyone who submitted application at the same time as I am?

I am waiting on october .23,I am in Serbia and My husbend in Canada
No one can say when it will be, waiting, waiting.....
they should be in the visa office within a 6 month period, but how fast they are working is awaiting

I have some friends they get dm 6-8 months....I am already waiting for 7 months.
Honesty,I am scare that this can take longer that 8months.That will be to long.
