Hi All,

We live in the US and will make our first landing in Canada on receiving COPR. We are planning to give our friend's local address in Canada, return immediately and get the PR card mailed to us once received. However, after our first landing, we have to visit Canada again in between, some time next month. Specifically,
1. Can we re-enter Canada with just COPR and Passport or do we need a PR Travel document?

2. We have a tourist visa, can we use that while re-entering if we are yet to receive PR but have the COPR and passport stamped?

3. How long does it take to obtain a PR travel Document?
Thanks in advance!

1. If re-entering via private vehicle then you only need Passport + COPR.
2. No. Your tourist visa will be cancelled at first landing.

We are planning to re-enter via flight, so how long does it take to get the PR Travel Document once we apply for it?

There is no set processing time. Expect it to take at least several weeks.
