I haven't received my AOR for Canadian citizenship

Hi,

My application was sent by DHL to 49 Dorchester to the Processing Center in Sydney and received on the 25th of October 2017 but I still haven't received any AOR and we are January 13th 2018.

Should I be worried ?

try to contact them and ask for your application

dont worry,u should give it a week or two ,then probably contact them,sometimes an application ends up in the bottom of a pile and its just a matter of time beofore receiving an AOR,...plus check ur email(junk box...) and try to connect online to see if you can access your file in the system

Please try to create a webform ticket as it might sometimes prompt them to dig up your application from the pile.

I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean by my signatory ?
What I tried until now is the following :
- Sent a webform ticket
- Check my junk mail every day

Is there a number ? The only way I was successful in contacting them is by creating a webform online by I still didn't receive any answer and it's been a week since I sent it

I mean when DHL delivered the package in Nova Scotia if you check your DHL tracking number you can see who has signed the delivery note.. Check it and post the name here in the forum.

I think they were ovewhelmed by Oct applications there were 1000’w of it i sent mine nov 22 and already got mine. Mayb call but itll come especially since a lot of people are getting AORs this month

Perfect . That means its 100 % delivered at the right place. Thomas Allen is a signatory at the gate and many on this forum have put his name as signatory at Nova Scotia. So now you only can wait and watch since there will be no other way to pull your package from a heap of applications. Just take it easy ...........

No, nothing. My deadline is feb 01. After that I will reapply. I sent them a letter to their mailing. Let's see.
