Reference letter before applying in WES

Guys just wanted to ask can I get my reference letter ready and signed before I apply in express entry pool. Or should I do it after I get ITA. Thanks

You mean reference letter for your current job? If yes, then I would advise you to get reference letter after ITA. Moreover, try to get it as close to the date of submitting your documents as possible(the fresh date on it is not as critical as for Medical exam form or POF, but still is important).

Currently iam not working. So it would be reference letter from my previous job. In that case should I wait after ITA or get it done now?

For previous job(s), it is fine to obtain the letters now (before the ITA) as long as you have already left this job. Good Luck!
