If i apply for study visa or visitor visa without invitation, does their previous decisions on my visa application effect their future decision on my application ? or do they check documents of my last submission ?

All documents submitted with every visa application (study permit, TRV, etc) are maintained in the IRCC system.... digital records.

You don't need an invitation for a study permit. You need to be accepted by preferably an institute which is on the DLI list + IELTS Academic overall band of 6.5 (no score less than 6 band), etc etc

If you don't have an invitation for a TRV, then you must include provisional hotel bookings + a detailed day-by-day itinerary with expense estimates, etc

probably it can as it can indicate that your intentions was not a short visit to ca so it can create a issue now

Before thinking about study permit you need to fulfil all those basic requirements stated by senior member bryanna as well as other requirements by embassy and institution where you plan to study. First check all these points and then go for decision either you wants to apply or not.

There's a strong possibility that IRCC will see this as not being a genuine student
