This is false. And also kind of self-contradictory: How can you prove to be self sufficient if you have debts to pay?

That is not the responsibility of the canadain govt. that you have debts in your country.
There sole concern and hence the details about POF is to see that you can survive in Canada with your money, initially.
How you manage your debts is not their headache.
As long as you have funds , readily available, in your account you are welcome in Canada.

CIC, doesn't concern about your loans or debts.

Having said that, the fund you are showcasing in your account should be free of loans and debts, which CIC mandated.
When the account you hold POF have loans and debts currently, it reflects the mercurial nature of your account. Meaning, the amount you show today may not be the same for tomorrow which raises ambiguity in your case according to visa officer.

It is a recommended to add "amount in the account is free of loans and unencumbered" statement in your bank balance certificate.

Guys I have one question if anyone can help me one my noc is 2173 . Majority of us are sitting at 430's .Instead of pondering over pnp for ontario that will cost you 1500 CAD .Why not consider getting a job through online portals .Considering you get an LMIA .It will fetch you 50 points which will take you to 480 somethinng that almost certainly guarantees an ITA.

Is it difficult to get a job offer ?
Do corrsct me if I am wrong

You don't need to mention the mode of transfer in the gift deed. Since it is in your account, it is legitimate money under the scanner of your country's tax department, whatever the mode of transaction. If you remember the details of the transaction, or can them pull them from records, great and if not, you don't need to worry about it. You can just rephrase your gift deed to omit the details of the transaction.

Companies prefer a candidate who they can meet physically for an interview, and someone who they don't have to wait for to relocate to Canada. So it is very difficult to get a job from outside Canada.
The second thing is that it is a major headache for companies to prove that the job they're offering you cannot be done by a Canadian resident and thus, shall not make a significant Labor Market impact, so companies tend to shy away from going through that long drawn process unless your skillset is unique and you're indispensable as a candidate to them.

It’s the applicants responsibility to have “readily available “ funds. How your loans are managed is NOT their problem. YOU are responsible for your loans.

Job bank profile is not mandatory now. If you want to link then there is an option in job bank account where you can link a new EE profile to existing job-bank-account.

As experts say >> We cannot expect high fall in CRS until we have any one of below points happening:

• Back to back draws... (CIC has already surprised by not conducting 3 draws in Jan month...from last 2 years there were 3 draws in Jan)
  
  
• Increased size of draw... If they invite bunch of 3500-4000 then you can expect CRS to fall.

The possibility of three draws in January is still not over. We still have the dates of 24th as well as 31st January and The openings of PNP might help the CRS scores to go down #rayofhope.
