This means they haven't even evaluated your sponsor yet. When they do, the sponsor side will show Decision Made. That's SA.It says the same in both sides that application has been received. Medical results have been received. In my side it only says application received. In sponsor's side it says in process in addition to application received.
Usually after that, you will see In process on the PR side. When that switches to In process, that means you've passed AIP. Approval in Principal (AIP) is where they deem that you've met the eligibility requirements to apply under Family Class (and Spouse or Common Law Partner in Canada class). This is when you reach stage 2.
From that point, it can take minutes to 6 months to see a Decision Made on the PR side.
Stage 2 involves the medical, criminality, and security clearances. Usually Security, followed by medical are the things that slow this stage down.
