I think if you go to Ottawa, you can pretty much walk into Mr Trudeau's office and pick up your Canadian passport. I think you deserve it!
Great really you are great I appreciate. In fact our two known persons were just talking among themselves on the issue. Above claim was also not believeable and now on you kind reply I now understood how peoples in Canada are also talking irrelevant. Thnks again

Question folks...has anyone used their Diploma or Higher education certificate to show English proficiency..it is mentioned as a option but all my friends have taken Celpip...my thought is if I can use something I already have what is the point of spending another $200 on a test. Waiting to hear something on this and if someone used this option some pointers might be helpful..thanks in advance

Of course! It's very clear:

I graduated from an English-or French-language high school/college/university. What can I use to show that I can communicate in one of the official languages when I apply for citizenship?
You may send a transcript, diploma or certificate showing that you graduated from a secondary school or from a post-secondary program in Canada or abroad. These materials must show that the program was in English or French. A single course in an official language is not enough to meet this requirement.
