I have question regarding my situation. I'm a Canadian citizen. I got married with my wife. She is on student visa which expire on 15th May 2018. After our marriage, I've applied the Resident Permanent for her with open work permit. I sent the documents on 4th December 2017 to Immigration Canada.

My question is : do I need to extend her student visa now ?

She doesn't need to extend her study permit unless her studies continue beyond the expiry.

Note that she must continue to actively pursue her studies until she actually get the OWP. If she simply stops studying now, she will be violating the terms of her stay and this could result in the loss of her status regardless of the OWP app.

It is not necessary to study/apply for another program. The key words are Keep her in status in any way, before her OWP approval. If she can get a TRV or any VISA that can let her stay legally in Canada, till the OWP approval, that'll work.

She studied English, not a skill. Also, she is on student visa. So she can't not work. Sorry, what is PGWP ?

A POst Grad Work Permit allows international students that complete qualifying programs to work in Canada after their studies finish. ESL students don't qualify.

I got a letter concerning processing fee for my wife's work permit. I applied for open work permit for her. So I paid 100$ as mention in the website of CIC. Do I need to pay another 155$ for a work permit for one person ?

Yes, you needed to pay $255 altogether for the OWP. Was the OWP app returned?

My Sister want to sponsor her husband so
I need some help to fill the Generic Application Form for Canada,
my first question is what should he write in no.3 * how many family members, including you, are in this application. they are married two month ago so he should write two including his wife, she is already a permanent resident and sponsoring him.

and 2nd questions is he should write her details in a dependent or not ?

and last question is in no. 11 will accompany principal applicant to Canada what should he write about her because she is already in Canada
