are there still people waiting for their PPR?

Hello all, we recently received an email from the Sydney VO requesting a PCC. Online GCKEY doesnt mention anything of them requesting documents. Where do I upload this?

When logged on GCKey, click on "Check status and messages" (blue button) and that will take you to the page that has "Application/profile details". Then click on "View submitted application" (blue button at bottom) and that will take you to the page to upload documents.
Another option is to upload your docs to the IRCC webform on the canada.ca website but GCKey takes less time for them to get it; webform takes up to 10 business days.

My husband and his 2 daughters travelled to port-au-prince for their medicals. When they are completed, does the doctor send the results to immigration or do we have to submit them/upload them??

If the doctors office they used is using the e-medical system (which they probably are) they will upload them directly to CIC. Check with the medical office used.

Ok, thank you. They did their exams yesterday but need to return for the x-rays tomorrow. I will get him to ask.

Husband and daughters did medical in Port-au-prince over the weekend. Checked gckey this morning...its been updated and says they passed!!! Yay! One more step down. Now waiting to see if they will request an interview and/or DNA testing for the children.

I have a similar timeline - App received on Aug 17, AOR1 on Sept 22. We did receive Medical request on the same day as SA (Nov 10) which was just a few days before AOR2. (my full timeline is in my signature). But nothing since then, still waiting for background check to begin. I've heard there are these moments of pure silence for like 2 or 3 months at a time, so I'm just trying to be patient.

My application in process in VO almost 3th mounth Everything was handed over and sent in the october since then, nothing has been done
I am waiting for my PPR is very slow....

So frustrating... my background check has been held up for 7 weeks because they now want a police certificate from Afghanistan where I did some work years ago. Afghanistan, one of the most corrupt and bureaucratic countries who doesn't have a formal process for foreigners to obtain a police certificate. It just cost me $600 to try and get some sort of certificate from Kabul and I don't even know if immigration will accept it.. So I continue to wait and continue to spend more money to get my PR. If they don't process this soon, they will probably next tell me that my medicals expired or something
