New PR- Documents Required for PRTD

Hi Seniors,

I need your help in identifying the documents that are required to apply for PRTD. I, my wife and son are new PR holders. We did our soft landing formalities in November and not planning to go back to Canada again in Feb. Can some please tell me what all document I require to support PRTD application ? I only have SIN and COPR as the proof's of my landing ?

The question 19 in the PRTD application form is for "Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds". Do I need to fill anything for that ? Please confirm.

I Was asked to send my school records as supporting documents to canada visa office in dar es salam, i sent the docs with email, will that be ok?
