I got 2 offer letters , one for Bachelors in Computer information Systems and other for Bachelors in Computer Science .
Which one should I choose , I am interested in Programming , software , app development , animation etc.

The second one because its more general and you could Excel in whatever field you want by it. First one is basically about Networking or computer server set upping. Afaik
