PPR email received-now what?

I received PPR email on 3rd Jan. they requested two photos, signed Annex A, copy of passport and Express Post envelope.

I mailed that on 9th Jan and they received on 12th Jan.

I am CEC inland with a UK passport(visa exempt) I’m confused about the next steps and am ready to buy a property here but want to avoid paying the foreign buyers tax in Vancouver so desperately need an idea of steps! House prices and mortgage rates are going up and up so the sooner the better.

I’ve read 5-6 weeks from them receiving it to getting it back to me. I assume they send a paper visa?

What happens after that? Do I flagpole? Once I’ve flagpoled, am I a PR? Do I need to make an appointment to flagpole and is that a couple of days I’m advance or a couple of weeks?

How do I get the travel card(COPR?) and how long does that take? What will I need to submit?

I know this info is on this forum somewhere but I can’t find a list of steps post PPR.

Thanks in advance!

1 - You will get your COPR mailed to your shipping address.
2 - You can flagpole with your COPR and passport among whichever other documents apply. You do not need an appointment but be careful with the port of entry that you choose as not all of them allow flagpolling 24/7
3 - Once you finish the landing process you'll be a PR.
4 - The PR card is not the same as your COPR. During the landing process the officer will ask you for an address for which your PR card will be sent, it can take from 6 to 8 weeks to receive.

This is really basic information, you should do a bit more research.
