when will i get my canada immigration visa

hello All,
i got expression of interest from Ontario (it added 900 points to my application) and then i submitted my final application for PR immigration on 25 october, 2017. its almost 3 months over.......how much time do i have to wait more???????

and Does they do educational and experience certificates background check????

Friend, thought you don't know about gcms notes. Beside, each case is unique and there are also a matter of luck on whether your file was transferred to the fast visa office or the slow one. No one know about your case since you don't provide any further info. The best I could answer is to check your application stand from the gcms notes. Hence, I gave you the link.
