Documents for business registration in India

I'm applying for visitor visa for my parents. My father is a small supplier of motor parts in India. What should be the documents required for business registration in India? He does have got his GST registration just now. Will that along with ITR's be enough?

Hi,

Business registration documents (Shop Act license + GSTIN certificate + 6 months' business bank statement) + 2 years' ITRs + evidence that the business is actively trading (3-4 recent purchase receipts + sales invoices + Profit/Loss statement) + rent agreement/ownership documents for the office or 2-3 rent receipts + if he has employed staff then Professional Tax certificate and tax returns (if applicable), etc.

Do remember that he cannot show business finances as 'available funds' for his visit. He must also include an short explanation about who will manage his business temporarily when he is away
