Even after uploading the requested document PR application says action required

Hey guys,
We were requested to upload the travel history form which we did 4 days ago and even after uploading the requested document, the PR application says action required in the status field. Is this normal? Is it just because it takes time to update the status?

Thank you and we submitted the application on Dec 26th and haven't seen any status change till now? How long does it take for the medicals to pass?
