GCMS Notes of refusal

Hi,

I received the below notes for my refusal which i applied on 6 dec:

Single, born in 1991 seeks a TRV to visit friend. Employed as lecturer with modest income Applicant has not demonstrated sufficient establishment in country of residence, based on the information presented based on regards to one or more of the following aspects as travel history, education/employment history, current employment status, personnel saving and assets and personal ties in the country of residence. I am not satisfied that applicant will leave Canada by the end of period authorized for their stay. Applicant refused based on R179 + A11.

I am permanent lecturer, agreement till age of 65, I done mphil from UK, income is around 90K, what else i need to provide ?

Hi,

Based on the case notes, you have not convinced the visa officer that you have adequate ties to return to Pakistan. The visa officer has considered several factors such as your financial situation, your travel history, your employment and other assets. This is what is referred to in section 11(1).

You have been advised in many posts as to how to present your ties.

Also, when you reapply, you must state all finances in both CAD/PKR. This will make it easier for the visa officer to evaluate your financial situation.

If you don't have a strong purpose of visit, it would be best to wait until you establish stronger ties before you reeapply

Its better to stay away from Canadian Visa for some time say 6 months. Prepare the right answers for refusals by VO. Enhance your travel history again, get a genuine reason for travel like visiting for family or friend etc.

I would suggest that you do not work to overcome only the 'Purpose of Visit' refusal reason. This is a generic refusal reason.

You must consider your entire application as a complete package + demonstrate overall strong ties

I had invitation from my friend

Invitation Doesn't mean visa or purpose of visit as far as i can see it is only a issue of travel history no matter you have lot of savings but until you won't have sufficient travel history after studied in UK so they won't count anything as a travel history so better do correct it first and then apply as they count travel history in FINANCIAL as well like they understand if you are doing trips so it is coasting you and still you are saving funds after travel so it always work better prepare things first and then apply Good Luck

Ubfx i was also refused last time and in gsm notes the mentioned that i have only regionle travel history .and in real i have treavel to europe china turkey saudia every 3 months on bussines tour.and i started over seas tours from 1995 till now and my age is just 43 and merried
So i donot understand hiw they check the papers .

thanks for your message as always @Bryanna says like they count UK, USA ,AUS and EU as a traveling history rest they know it is easy to get the visas may be that is a reason that they won't feel like your travel is sufficient but you never know when you will get it but better and always best correct previous mistakes and then apply again and get it that is what i learned in this forum so far .

and did you applied alone or with family? and what was your duration of stay?

that is surprising what do you say @Omairi7 what is actual reason they mentioned in GCMS notes i strongly believe there is some mistake either i don't think they could refuse without having a genuine reason there must be a reason did you ever visit USA? your profile is good but how many EU visas you have on your PP and beside EU and china how many countries you did visit and main question how many time you visit KSA

Uk many times france spain many time china many times turkey many time saudia onky for umra 2 times a year.tgey always rwfued my case with in 10 days ahahha....
This time i gave my bio matrics on 14th dec till now no news its first time almost one month after bio otherwise they refuse my case in 10 days.

Inshah Allah .I donot have time busy days in bussines now a days but my brother and his faimly wants me to visit them.specially my nephews want to see me there .ahahahha
