Kindly guide as to what documents are required to be submitted to visa office in my home country India to get PR travel document to travel back to canada as I had to leave canada before PR card.

Your current and old passports all pages, fee receipt, your residency obligations proof, applications, document checklist, you can check the requirement at their website ( candian consulate or embassy website)

I have few questions:

1. What can be submitted as a proof of residency obligation?
2. Do we have to submit the photocopies of stamp made on the passport while landing ?
3. How do we have to fill the application form? Do we have to manually fill it or print the form ?
