I am a highly skilled person but I am 62. Same with the spouse- she is also very highly skilled. How should we apply - separately? We both qualify for the express ' skilled program'
You would apply together. One of you would be the primary applicant and the other would be the dependent.
Note that you need a score of 430+ points on the Express Entry points scale to be selected (and a minimum of 67 points under the FSW points system as well to qualify). You will lose significant points due to your age and this may make it quite difficult to be selected.
Thanks, so here is what I do not understand: THE FSW 67 points I saw.. but when do I also have to qualify for 430+ Express entry- after the I qualify for FSW and get an Invitation? I am not sure I understand the whole process

The FSW 67 points is the minimum you need to qualify. Whether you have 67 or more doesn't matter. You just need a minimum of 67.
You then need to calculate your points under the Express Entry CRS points system. Effectively you're competing against others to be chosen. Those with the most points are selected. Use this calculator to approximate your points: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
