Hi,there! Yesterday(SUNDAY) i received Invitation to Pre-arrival services mail,But no DM. I think CIC worked hard and processed our files on last weekend! Is this a good signs? Wish everyone get DM!

Applied: March 12, 2017
AOR: April 12, 2017
MR: DEC18, 2017
MEDICAL PASSED:JAN 4,2018

Congrats on pre-arrival service mail .. don't want to discourage you .. but wait for DM and then PPR as off late we have seen lot of cases where pre-arrival mail is sen but after that there is no update ...

I got MR on Dec 15 and Did medical on 2 January and called the panel on 11 Jan they said they have submitted the result but i didnt saw any changes on my ecas ?

Thank you! I think you are right! It only indicated CIC worked my case on last week.

Hang on it can take 5 days to 3 weeks or more to get medical status update ..shouldn't be cause of concern ...

ECAS is not a real time system. May be tommorrow you can see changes on ecas if your cic account indicated medical passed.

Actually I just noticed a change on my GCKey..it now says
Review of medical results If you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you.
Whereas before it was medical passed. What is this??

I share almost the same timeline as yours. Same thing regarding Action is Required and also regarding Medical exam status.

Well then maybe it is a glitch and/or a sign that someone is working on our applications.
What is your timeline? Would be helpful if you could add it to your signature for future reference.

No one knows what does that means exactly , but at least you know that someone working on your application , sometimes its follwed by DM but not always.

Oh Okay, I thought this was some sort of an email. So is it a status shown within myCIC or ECAS?

And my friend got his PPR a month ago. You can find him on the spreadsheet, he applied on Nov 23rd.

Absolutely, My Visa Office is Trinidad and Tobago. The Bahamas falls under the jurisdiction of Kingston VO but I was told by my lawyer (which in my case was a waste of money and I wished I had found out about this forum before hiring them) that they are dealing with it.

Hey guys. I just checked my ecas and all of a sudden my mailing address was changed to my address from my hometown. I'm an inland applicant and I live in Montreal so why would it change?! I didn't request a change at all nor did I supply my old mailing address.... Has that happened to anyone?

Take a screen shot and sent them an email ASAP. Similar thing happened to my PGWP. Someone asked to withdraw my workpermit application while I didnt know anything. I sent them an email and 3 days after I got my PGWP.
