Regarding IFRS transcript

Dear Sir,

I have cpmpleted Diploma in IFRS and I have called ACCA requested for transcript. I have a received a soft copy of the transcript and there is no sealed envelope in the mail. Will this photocopy of the transcript will be considered for WES evaluation? Kindly suggest.
