mind if i ask u for source? are u friends with an immigration officer? lol
no all the 'VIP' members have told me u should say NO but they just cant give me any official source.Hi @Krowais, did you get anywhere on this one?
and if a profile was ineligible? as it also came with a letter that at this time you are ineligible for EE.It's officially there on IRCC website in FAQs section. It quotes,
"
I applied before Express Entry was launched, but my application was returned because it was incomplete (or the cap was reached). Do I answer “yes” or “no” to the “have you previously submitted an application” question?
If you got a letter from us that confirms your previous application is being processed, you should answer “yes.”
If you did not get this letter, you should answer “no.” If the application was never formally accepted for processing, we don’t count it as an application.
"
So this applies for multiple EE profiles as well...the profile never went to IRCC for processing hence technically you have never applied for PR..
I think this answers all permutations and combinations related to this query...cheers..!!
that's auto generated...it only goes to IRCC for processing once you send your post ITA docs....Till the arrival of your ITA it's all automated process..Getting an ITA also does not mean that you have applied that's why till you accept your ITA all EE forms can be updated..it only gets locked after you accept your ITA..!!and if a profile was ineligible? as it also came with a letter that at this time you are ineligible for EE.
Is this auto generated or it first goes to IRCC for processing first?
thanks
thanks.That

why not..the CIC have access to everything...they may and will look into our ineligible profiles for cross reference..but again that does not mean that with your expired/ineligible profile you had applied for a PR..unless of course you have received that "CIC letter" that your application is in process...which in turn can only happen once you accept your ITA and send your e-APR and other docs..!!thanks.
and the following applies to expired ineligible profiles as well?
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1164&top=29
reason im asking is because when i log in to my account, i can see all the information from these old expired ineligible profiles. Dont u think if we can have access to this info then so does CIC?

HiIs there something about that question that isn't clear, or do you just not want to answer honestly? Yes, you did in fact apply for EE before! Say yes, of course.
Any update on the Question??and if a profile was ineligible? as it also came with a letter that at this time you are ineligible for EE.
Is this auto generated or it first goes to IRCC for processing first?
