Your question is not clear and you will need to provide more details.
What interview? What application did you submit (PR, sponsorship, etc.)?

Hi,

I am interested to know if PGDip and master can be considered as Master while calculating CIC as both are level 7?

it was an express entry procedure ( for PR)
Were you invited for an interview? or you are just assuming that there is an interview?
In most cases, no interview is required and Ready for Visa doesn't mean that you need an interview. It just means to send your passports, photos, Annex A, etc. by mail. Just read the email carefully and follow the instructions.
If still in doubt, copy the email here after removing any personal information. Good Luck!

format for yourself and for each person you
accompanying person in Canada. (See the dimensions below)
We remind you that only the principal applicant must appear with the (s)
passport (s), as well as your old passports. An information session on the

lasting 50 minutes. At the end of the session, you will receive your visa (s). EXCEPT
in case of force majeure justified, we will close your file if you do not

That is very rare!
Anyway, in this case you will need to go to the visa office in person. As also stated, only you (the principal applicant) need to go with all the required documents (email printout, current and old passports, photos, etc.). Good Luck!

BTW,
What is the email address used to send this message?
What is your visa office?
Also, emails from CIC are usually in both English and French. But you are saying the email is in French only!

it s from the embassy of canada in morocco

I chose French as the language of correspondence. therefore I receive all the letters in French.

moreover, on the received mail, the reference of the mall specifies the file number CIC which gives more credibility to the mail.

the email address ends with @ international.gc.ca

So, you are good to go. I read about the "in person stamping" in the past but I never knew that it is still used in some visa offices. Congrats for your PR and Good Luck!
