yes he had visited UKhas the principal applicant in your application traveled to other countries/ lived in other countries for long/ had rejected visas before to canada or other places/ lived in many address? anything of that nature?
I had that in my notes as well; it was under organizations and entitles as well as a actual Note PAT 3 Group: special instructions apply to this group. I still have no idea what it is but it’s not related to PA’s travel history or rejected visas because my husband has no travel history. Plus, I got DM on Tuesday and all assessments were passed in my notes. Do you have recommended passed in your notes?Anybody knows whats the meaning of "PAT 3 GROUP" in GCMS notes???
PAT 3 is kind of lucky draw. They select 15 applications randomly from each month.I had that in my notes as well; it was under organizations and entitles as well as a actual Note PAT 3 Group: special instructions apply to this group. I still have no idea what it is but it’s not related to PA’s travel history or rejected visas because my husband has no travel history. Yes medical and criminality passed, and eligibility recommend passed.I had that in my notes as well; it was under organizations and entitles as well as a actual Note PAT 3 Group: special instructions apply to this group. Yes you can order, you just need a signed letter of authorization from your wife.Guys, quick question..
About this GCMS note, it says
"To be eligible to make a request, you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada."
I am the one who sponsoring my wife, she is primary applicant but not currently present in Canada.
So, it is possible for me to order the gcms note ? We never sent those representative forms with our application.
After I start filling those..Yes you can order, you just need a signed letter of authorization from your wife.
Not the privacy act, its the access to information act that you should apply underAfter I start filling those..
I got this:
Note: If you are submitting a request under the Privacy Act for information belonging to someone else, the individual to whom the information belongs must also be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or currently living in Canada.
So, signed letter of authorization from my wife is still work ? If she is not in Canada ?
I am a June applicant too, file at NDVO since September 11. Like you, there is no update since. The wait is indeed long! Our file is in NdVo since September1 and I am June Applicant, we are still waiting any update from Ndvo like dm or ppr. Good luck for the wait..
