Hi guys. So i am going to be attending Project Management Diploma at university of winnipeg which is 1 year program and the manitoba immigration is introducing a new International Student Stream starting april 2018. According to this new stream people who do a bridge program and have passed first stage of certification will not need a job offer to apply for PR. So my question is - does this program at u winnipeg qualify as a bridge program since it is a pathway to a certification like pmp ? So that i can apply for pr right after i qualify for my certification. Also second question how easy is it to land a job in manitoba after graduating ? The manitoba immigration says the job offer should be atleast 1 year contract. Will a full time offer not qualify for pr ? Please do let me know. Very worried. Thanks.
