Sorry, I don't understand what "central office" means.

I got a response to my enquiry to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca stating that "your application is currently being processed at the visa office in London".

Call them on this number "+1 (613) 944-4000",they will tell you where your file is getting processed,In my case I had an update of NADR last week of December,and from the forums I figured out this change happens when file is transferred to London,same was confirmed by the agent when I called them,I had submitted the Letter of Explanation too.

P.S : Use gmail (Hangouts)to call them,that way you can browse the internet while you wait for your turn,and in case they hangup because of too many calls on hold,its free.

I just called IRCC and happened to talk to a very polite agent. She told me that my application was absolutely fine, no issues whatsoever. Currently, security is in progress. She also told me that didn't have all the details for the applications being processed outside Canada.

If you want to get them easily on phone confirm CIO Sydney opening hours get the equivalent time in your timezone and call. I got them once doing so.

For a moment there, I was thinking of Australia! That's some 15hrs ahead of Nova Scotia.

It's currently past 5pm in Sydney which is just an hour ahead of the Ottawa office I've called a couple of times the last 6hrs.

So ... guess I'd just keep at it.

I got reply from CIC...and it was assumption when i got JOb alert msg in my account..usually it happens when ur file is transferred to LVO
