my credit card got charged this morning, Jan 11. Still in pending not settled, I guess my package is not lost, you should check your credit card transactions today.

Hi all,
I sent my package via USPS, and it showed delivered on 9/28, I emailed them today, they said they are processing packages received on 9/29, unable to locate my case, and my credit card was not charged, either.
Anyone has similar experience before, appreciate the share.
And is this police certificate is a must? I had lived in 4 states, I have criminal background checks from all 4 states.
My application is currently on hold, and immigration officer told me that Jan 30 is the last day to submit police certificate.

I am getting nervous. Ours was mailed out on Oct. 27th and the credit card we used, we just found out is 'canceling' and no longer taking charges after March 15th. I really hope they don't get further behind! Processing seemed to have slowed over the holidays. Last FBI clearance we did in 2013, we had it in our mailbox within a month and a half! Credit card was charged after around a month.

My request delivered to the office on October 4th. I can see it is was delivered then via the USPS tracking system. They are currently opening Oct 5th. I rang to check the status and it cannot be found at the moment. The lady did say to check on Friday again as some of the files may be in other piles that they have yet to go through. They receive thousands a day she told me.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same? Can't help worrying though!
