Passing Medical seems to take anywhere from a few days to around a month.
Based on the tracker, the shortest time was 3 days and longest was 33.

By the way, I imagine that it will take a few days longer for people who submitted their application in late December like me, factoring in the days lost due to the holidays.

Yes, that is a fair estimation.

[UPDATE] Background Check Status changed from 'We are processing your background check' to 'Not Applicable'
[UPDATE] Called call center, and they said all processes, eligibility check done, just last security check left.

I received an email reply to my inquiry asking about the Visa Office; more or less they stated that the case is still at the Centralized Intake Office and has not been transferred to a local visa office.

There was also a polite note to keep email inquiries at a minimum as they have a large influx. So I guess it's better not to bug them about the Visa office at this early point in time. :p

Haha dont worry, I am sure that polite note is just a template that goes out in all emails, not only yours. All the best!

Hi everyone,
My timeline is:
AOR Dec 4th
Mep 14/12
Ip1 15/12
NA2 18/12
And complete silence since then
Already asked for my vo and It was CIO.

I am pretty nervous and not sure what's going on. Just wondering if they could delay some applications for no reason??

I am Fsw-o, paid my RPRF upfront and received no ADRs so far.

Your advice is really appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. It's " The additional documents you provided are being reviewed".

That usually means they haven't finished reviewing eligibility (At NA2, they look at the POF and Employment. Other elements of Eligibility are passed by then). As its in CIO, it may be waiting for an Agent's review. Once the doc status changes to no documents required, the file would be ready to transfer to CPC or LVO.
