Passports to CPC Ottawa January 2018

Strange but my return tracker got activated. Tomorrow is the scheduled delivery, I am not sure why it's not approved in CIC GC KEY. I am an Indian citizen, applied for PR from USA. So, my country is not a visa-exempt.

They process US residents much quickly because their passports do not go that PO Box address. Everything should be fine!

Even for PO box, there is someone who pick up the passports and sign it off
so they dont differentiate between us residents and others

Guys,

For the passport request, I am a bit confused on what to send since my husband and I are from different countries.

I am the principal applicant and I am from a country that needs a visa, but my husband is from a place that only needs an ETA.

Do we:
1. Send both original passports
2. Send my original passport and a photocopy of his passport (based on the rules)

Also, do we need to send our marriage certificate again or is it just for those newly married? For ours, we already submitted it with our PR application.
