reapply for visitor visa

I am from Yemen settled in Saudi Arabia. My husband apply for visitor visa for him and me and our sons but they refused our application because they are not satisfied that we would leave Canada because family ties, purpose of visit, and immigration status in Saudi Arabia.
So I would like to ask if we give them proof that my parents in law live with us in the same apartment and they are old and sick and we have to retain back for them . Is that enough as proof of family ties?
another question is the annual rent contract,which is paid in advance ,considered as proof of our tying to country of residence
for immigration status, my husband has permanent work contract and his father live in Saudi Arabia for more than 60 years and my husband was born there and he has residence permit.
If we reapply with these evidences, could they accept our application?

2. Do you have a Canadian host (relative or family friend) who is inviting you?

3. How old are your sons and what do they do?

4. What documents did your husband submit? Does his work contract need to be renewed? If yes, then when?

We want to go for tourism in the summer holiday and stay there for a month .We used to travel outside Saudi Arabia every year to enjoy nice weather outside and we get Schengen visa many times.

We do not have family or relatives there but we have friends and my husband has plan to attend medical conference at the same time but we do not write that in our application.
Ages of my sons are 10 and 5 years old and they are studying in international schools grade 5 and kg1 respectively.

The documents were submitted are :
Original letter from employer stating title, job description and salary
Bank statements covering six months prior to the date of our application
Hotel reservation for first week.
Residence Permit in Saudi Arabia (Iqama)

He is working as assistant consultant ophthalmologist in governmental medical city with a permanent contract which is renewed every Higri year (an official calendar that used in saudi governmental contract) and the next renewal will be on 15 Ramadan 1439 (31 May 2018).
