Mine changed to pass again. I checked it uesterdsy so not when was it changed. But roughly it all happened in 2 weeks frame

Effective 2018-01-08, the Assistant Director, Operations will no longer respond to requests from individuals on the security screening status of security clearance or immigration / citizenship applications.

Under the Privacy Act, individuals have the right to access personal information about themselves held by government institutions. Therefore, individuals may request records relating to the status of their security clearance or immigration/citizenship applications by visiting the CSIS Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) site at www.csis.gc.ca/tp/index-en.

Thanks gor sharing. But the last time I called cic agent told me that I am not under security screening. She said your eligibilty security and criminality has passed they are yet to start my spouse criminality. I thought they criminality before your medicals are passed don't know what they are upto

Same timeline. I sent an email to LVO but after 24 working days they replied with a default message saying nothing about my case.

Proof of money : Does only money in saving account is considered for proof or my equity Mutual funds will also be considered as proof of money. Do I need to maintain the balance for past 6 months or if I liquidate my Mutual funds and show it as a proof, would it suffice.

Medical test: When should one get the medical test done ?

Proof of funds includes liquid financial assets too. Personally i have maintained a fixed deposit as POF of the required amount. For outland application i think you have to do medical test before you submit your PR application but after you get ITA.

are we expected to maintain the PoF however all those delays are not of fault from our part??

it's very stupid keeping assets freezed until God knows when!

they didn't ask you to maintain your POF to be freeze during the processing time
I can't find this information in cic website
and if they ask you about need POF
so you should be able to provide new one by deposit the money again

i've a question. i'm a FSW-O candidate, March 20, AOR and currently under security screening since June 2017. I've set aside the required amount of money for 3 family members in my bank account in the local currency since before the AOR. Now my local currency has under gone devaluation of upto 5% and is expected to de value further. The CAD has gone up as a result. what should i do? should i convert all this amount to USD? or just leave it as it is.
