Their work hours are only until 4pm. You should check hours on the IRCC contact page before calling.

UPDATE :Called the CIC Help line
The agent said my background checks haven't started yet,and my eligibility review haven't started,but the agent said my application is being processed at London Visa Office.This is what it shows in my online account.

I have a rather peculiar challenge. At the point of ITA, my CRS was a certain score but after I submitted my application it dropped by 25 points. My thinking was work experience outside Canada was not properly listed as I changed jobs in July 2017, shortly before my work experience clocked 3 years. I have been working since that same July, no gap at all. Only the weekend was a break. So I have more than 3 years experience now. I have raised cse to point this out and also sent evidence in form of reference letter from these two employers.
Still, my CRS score has not been adjusted to what it was at point of ITA and my status shows "no additional document required" and BG is Not Applicable

I saw your posting in a different thread, FBI was unable to locate your package when you tried to find the status of your application.
I am in the same situation now, could you please tell me whether they finally found it? How long did they took to find it?
Did you send your package via FedEx or USPS?
I sent mine via USPS, and the tracking proves it has been delivered to them.
I am kind of panic now.
Please share your experience
They found it the same day. I kept calling to check. Also, they asked me for the tracking number to check at their end. Once i provided that they were able to locate the package. It was processed and sent out the same day. I used FedEx.
