I have applied in georgian college on 23 nov 2017 & i haven't got any replies for may intake 2018.
So, can anyone tell me ? how much time is required ?

Call them and find out. Look for regional admissions contact on their website.
They usually do not take more than 2-3 weeks.

Seneca college takes more than 2 months to provide offer letter. So you should call them ask them regarding your offer letter
