Mar 11 AOR...in IP2 for past few months...ordered GCMS couple of mnths back but still haven't received...tried reaching out to NDVO a month back but no response..sooo frustrating

I guess when it is with ndvo and they haven't touched the file at all, gcms. Gcms are delayed. Once they pick it to process will be the time they will release notes too.

Me still at na2 and without notes almost will complete 60 days. Don't even know what have they done since transfer to ndvo. I am awaiting notes to know review by cpc. No info on that too.

Finally the pp req came.

I was sent procedural fairness letter for which I sent response on Nov 23rd. My telephone investigations did not go well.
Officer was trying to downgrade my job to 1411 clerk from 1211 supervisor.
Another thing was my 2015 t4 was missing NoA was attached.
They accused me for not declaring all if my jobs in 2015.
I had part time jobs in Noc C side by side.
One of them was insurance agent NOC B. They said no reference letter was attached for that. So I am trying to fake it.
I sent them my contracts and T4A for that as well.
This was my rep’s fault I provided him this bt he did not attached.
I did all of them just forgot one. Sent them everything and succeeded.
Finally with 71 page responses we succeeded.

First of all many many congratulations to you.....Now, Could you please tell me what was the exact message in procedural fairness letter ??? I am asking because I also got the Procedural Fairness Letter...... They have doubt regarding my "Proof Of Income" and "Proof Of Fund"..........I have attached all T4s, Notice of Assessment for 2014,2015 and reference letter at the time of file submission.....At that time I did not submit the Paystubs because as it is mentioned that paystubs are not necessary at the time of submission. But now I am going to attach the Paystubs for all the employers and the NOA for the year 2016.

Are these documents enough for them to prove my "Proof Of Income" ??

Hi Friends...I'm in a situation here and need you advice urgently.. I just not received my PPR request however they have asked me to land before 8th Jan 2018 and in case I'm unable to do so then to contact New York office (I'm currently residing in US but case was processed by NDVO)

Do I need to contact NYVO or NY VAC should be able to help me in this?? Also, should I just contact NYVO and wait for passport submission at VAC? I'm afraid by the time I will get my visa stamped it will be past by landing date..

Finally, any help on how can I get the contact details of NYVO will be greatly appreciated...thank you very much

Should I expect a redo request after medical expiration or close to expiration?

I’m an outlander and my medical status changed last week to not passed and again to passed today. They would have expired on March 28.

I don’t understand why some get an extension and others get asked to redo the test.
