Question: If you received you AOR, does this means they already screened your documents submitted and only wait for the citizenship test?

No... AOR just means they officially acknowledge your application has been received. They probably have checked the forms and documents and decided your application is complete, as I have not heard anyone with AOR had their application returned due to missing docs. But I don't think AOR means they did all the checking and deem you eligible for citizenship, so it doesn't guarantee test invite. Good news is AOR shows your application is moving in the system.

Application Delivered: November 30, 2017
AOR: haven't received it yet

They send via the email you provided on your application... if none, then via mail.

Thank you. At least I know from the documents I submitted its complete before they issued us AOR. In the AOR, informed us we have to start to study Discover Canada and send us link.

I have no idea... It seems fast for a few people but could take months for others... And test invite isn't the end either, they might request more docs after the test.

Yes it email each AOR the same day. We are family of 4 as well. It took us 48 days before we received AOR.

From OCT spread sheet i calculated average from the AOR to Test date it is 2.5 -3 month (For November applicant this can be different because of increase of application )

No one really knows as everyone's case is completely different. You can use the google spreadsheet to calculate how long it took other people but that still doesn't mean it will be the same for you.

There is also the issue of high volume of application's after changes to Bill C-6. Put it like this... prepare your mind to be waiting for a year long process.
