My CRS is 373 it was 378 due to my birthday gone in nov. My noc is 2175. I recently got NOI from Prince edward island on 11 dec 17 but due to my idiot agent negligence He sent out EOI after 18 days. Im really upset! Hope CIT reopen soon!!!

Hi, my immigration purpose is to work and live in Canada, and let my young kids educated in Canada. Last year only Ontario is kind enough to nominate CRS < 400 for ICT workers.

As to Alberta or Ontario is better for studying, I have no idea.

Hello Seniors,

I am planning to apply in Ontario Human Capital Priorities (OHCP) stream - ICT.
I have below query on Education and work experinace, as I am confused if
(1) I'l have provide my complete work experiance for Ontario Human Capital Priorities (OHCP) stream or
(2) only the work experiance after my Bachelors ie 2014 to 2018 still date.
Pls share your thoughts.

Diploma Education - 2004 to 2007.
Work Experiance - 2007 to still date jan 2018
Bachelors - 2009 to 2013 (This was done in correspondance along with my job).
I have my ECA report for both Diploma and Bachelors.

Work experience points for outland applicants is maxed out for 3 years of work experience.
It is a general suggestion that, you can claim work experience for which you can gather supporting documents.

Rest of the experience can be intimated under personal history section.

I have CRS:427 (recently reduced from 432 due to birthday) in EE and NOC :2173 but still NOT received NOI from OINP .My profile has been sitting in EE Pool for 4 months now.What should I do to get NOI from OINP?

wait for OINP to re-open the stream.
Upon which, candidates with CRS>=400 will receive NOI to apply.

Applicants who haven't received NOI are encouraged to re-create their EE profile once the stream opens.

My NoI from Ontario expired last month since I did not apply. Will I receive NoI again whenever they start issuing fresh NoIs if I recreate my profile?

Yes, observe for two days. If you still didn't receive, re-create your profile.

My and my spouse have each +17 years of work experience. I intend to list only work experience for which I can claim points, for the ease of gathering documents. Therefore I will add 3+ years for main applicant (my husband with ICT NOC) to claim max points work experience and ensure NOC, and will not add any experience for myself as the accompanying spouse. This is what experienced people usually recommend on this forum for Express Entry, as far as I examined. However, our hopes are mostly for OINP with lower CRS, so, as Ontario does not send NOI to everyone eligible, could there be any value in adding more experience. Do you have any clues for the criteria they look for?

You are well organised in collecting documents.
As you knew, it won't concern them if you add 'n' number of experience since you have already maxed out (3+).

OINP will look for your CRS score, if you have >= 400 and you have opted for "ontario" or "All province" in EE application, you are a viable candidate in receiving NOI.

OINP also spray some surprises in the form of NOC related NOI, where they send NOI's to the candidates with specific NOC's.

In your case, the criteria they will look for is NOC & CRS.

IELTS done.
waiting for ECA from WES to submit the EE.
All done with faith that OINP will select ICT people below 400.

OINP is a great opportunity for many candidates who have lower CRS Score. The year 2017 was great for canadian immigration and we are expecting to continue this trend in future. I have a question that I have not found answered elsewhere in the forum.

If I receive NOI and submit my letter confirming employment, for the oinp, will I need to get the same document again for when the process passes to CIC ?

My reason for asking is that it is something I think my employer would be keen to only issue once, as I am sure they will not be necessarily thrilled to hear I am leaving.

No I think you can use it again.. because you'll be scanning the document not sending the actual paper..

Hi Puneet.... How did you receive NOI from PEI? How much time did it take for them to respond? and how much time did they give to send EOI (18 days seems like a short window)...Can you please guide me ..
