reference letter should include ur job details, ur designations held, number of hour worked,remuneration earned. A letter mentioning precisely all these details wud suffice

When you say job details, do you mean job descriptions stating your functions in the company?

yes and should match the NOC for which u r claiming points.

Ensure that ur reference letter has at least 70% for the jobs mentioned in the NOC
