I just wrote 22nd july as the instruction was to write no more than two words or and a number....is it right???

22nd July 1985 is the correct answer. "22nd" is a word and not a number as you add "nd" to "22".

It will be receptionist only as in listening it is a rule to write what u hear..and from the receptionist is also a location
