Hello,
I have questions for arranged employment
My cureent work permit was issued by Jan 29, 2017 and will be expired by Jan 28, 2018, and it was made from my cureent contract, which is written my term of a contract from Feb 16, 2017 to Feb 15, 2019, for two years.
But cic only gave me one year work permit.
Due to my cureent work permit expiration, I had to get new contract to extend my work permit, and I have submitted it for work permit extention. On my new contract, my employment duration is from Jan 29, 2018 to Jan 28 2019.

So my questions are:
1. To get 50 additional socre from arranged employment, I have been working with my cureent employer, at least one year, however, my start day with my cureent emplyer, it is written in different ways on my wokr permit and my contract. I actually started my job following the date on my contract.
Which start date should I follow to count my working days for one year?

2.If I follow the date on my contract, then, Feb 15, 2018 will be the date that I have worked for my cureent employer for one year. In that case, to get 50 score from arranged employment, can I use my new contract which is written my work duration from Jan 29 2018 to Jan 28, 2019, also It has been submitted for my work permit extension and it is on process but havent issued new work permit.

I have been working in Canada more than 6 years, and I always blew up my chance to get PR by my mistake or the government legislate new rules for PR. It made me so frustrated, and this time I really want to get PR.
and I only have 396 point, so i desperately need the additional score 50 from arrangement employment.
please help me :)
thank you!!!!!

1 - If I understood correctly you started working on Feb 16th 2017 so that's your start date.
2 - You could use it but as it does not contain the wording that you'll be employed for a year after receiving PR then there is no guarantee this will be accepted by IRCC.
