Lawyers job is to facilitate and help you with expert advice on your PR application. They will help you with informing what documents CIC need from you and make sure everything is correct and file is complete before submission.

They do not help with finding a Job. Finding a job is not related to PR. So you can apply for jobs from online portals or contact job agencies in Canada.

You are advised by the Government of Canda to hire a lawyer that is approved by IRCC to handle immigration matters. On this basis, the lawyer should be reliable enough to carry out his responsibilities in relation to your PR application. However, they have nothing to do with getting you a job in Canada. As a matter of fact, I don't believe any attorney would ever include a clause in a contract to "facilitate you find a job" in Canada since that depend on your English Skills, education, work experience and other factors.

Also, from your message it seems like you have not confirmed or cleared all your doubts of what their (lawyers) role is in regards to your application. This is a something you should be confirming with the lawyer as to what services they will be providing before you actually hire them.

Any lawyer license din any province in Canada can represent you in filing your immigration application. However, no lawyer will facilitate any job sear for any client. If any lawyer states so, that is completely fraud. The max the lawyer can do is to refer you to some job search agencies, the veracity of which is a client's responsibility.

As a lawyer, who has practices law in 3 countries, and also immigration law in US, a lawyer is way more qualified in handling an immigration application, as compared to a consultant, whose minimum qualification is a high school graduation. Also, lawyers will be able to assist and represent a client in courts, if need be, whereas consultants cannot.

So do your research well and get a lawyer, whom you are comfortable with.

Thank you for the explanation. Why I am emphasizing on job is just so I might get luck and have a job offer which will give me 600 points. That said, I am not in the express entry pool yet and I want to know if one can possibly get a job offer from the Canada Job bank and if the jobs they post there are real. My CRS is 369 dats why I need a job offer to boost it.

If you are not in Canada yet, getting a job is very difficult. I have not come across anyone who got an offer through the job bank, but you can surely try. Also beware for the frat of job offers getting you 600 points. Some of them are fake and later IRCC bans the applicant for misrepresentation, and this is after they have paid through their nose to get the offer letter.

If it sounds fishy, smells to good to be true, then probably it is a trap.

Valid job offers do not grant 600 points anymore, for most NOC's it grants 50 points only.
