Can anyone link their application? Big help pleas

November 9 2017: received
Jan 4 2018: received email and got application number


I tried to link my application for two days now but still does not work


I tried to search for a reason and the website says Online applications: After we receive your application, it may take up to 5 days for you to see it in your account. We are working to make this wait time shorter. If your application does not appear after 5 days, contact us and report a technical problem. This issue will not delay processing of your application.

I am frustrated... Does anyone have the same problem?
