I think the processing performance will be slowly picking up since some people might be still on vacation. lol

I saw more AORs for October yesterday than for November, so it looks like they decided to clear October backlog first.
I believe they play a trick to keep the average processing time reasonable by giving AOR to some applications of recent date while leaving many behind, then going back to them later. We already see this is happening in November
