Is Charlottetown airport has immigration? as im travelling for the first time as PR....or do i need to land at Halifax and the go to Charlottetown?

I don't think there are international flights directly to Charlottetown, you'll likley transit in a bigger city anyway where you'll complete your formalities (first point of entry)
