I have a soft copy of 50*70mm photograph that I have used to upload into PR online application. Can I use the same to generate a print and send that along with my passport?

If it is taken be a professional photographer and you will be able to get it stamped on the back by him/her, then yes. Otherwise, you will have to go to a photo shop and get your picture taken by a professional photographer and get one photo stamped (signed) with the photo shop address and the date the photo was taken. I took that picture by a professional photographer but I wont be able to go back there and get it stamped. Can I print it at another store and get thjeir stamp?
Or can I just mention the name and address of the shop handwritten instead of a stamp?
