Is Equivalency in Canada: 1 year of graduate stud, (which is from 2 years of master degree) along with
Equivalency in Canada: Bachelor's degree (3 years)

considered as 'Two or more degrees...'. or just one bachelor degree?

It seems it definitely used to be considered as 2 or more degrees, but has it recently changed?

Thanks jes_ON and Minid. This is a breather.

Just for my confirmation, how did you determine that? There is no reference of "1 year of graduate study" and "Bachelor of Education" as ECA assessment results in CIC Website.
I would suggest you to ask WES to re-evaluate. Since you have two years or Master's they should have it equivalent to the same in Canada. Some degrees/diploma/pg programs do have issues when WES evaluates. But a Master degree should most probably be evaluated as Masters in Canada as well. Thus ask them to re-evaluate. No harm in trying.

"Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"

Credential 1 is at least 3 years, and Credential 2 is a completed additional credential.

Credential 1 is at least 3 years, and Credential 2 is a completed additional credential.
But Credential 2 (or 3) is not in the list of accepted credentials as mentioned in CIC Website.:

ECA assessment results:

A three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree
PLUS any of the results in the sections below (not including secondary/high school), or:

  • Post-Bachelor's Certificate
  • Post-undergraduate certificate
  • Post-Bachelor's Diploma
  • Post-undergraduate diploma
  • Graduate Certificate
  • Graduate Certificate with a focus in [area of concentration]
  • Postgraduate certificate
  • Postgraduate Diploma
  • Graduate Diploma with a focus in [area of concentration]
  • Graduate diploma
  • two-year Postgraduate Diploma, specializing in [name of discipline]
  • two-year Bachelor’s after degree with a focus in [area of concentration]
  • one-year Postgraduate Certificate in [name of discipline]
  • Dual Bachelor’s degree (four years)

According to the present assessment, credential 3 is not a completed credential, so it is not eligible for points.

Credential 2 - you can see it as either a post-Bachelor's diploma, or a 2nd bachelors degree (dual bachelors, four years).

Thanks. jes_ON. But this make it tricky.

I am little scared about - what does it mean it not a completed credential and how does WES and Canada Immigration officer sees it.
Also, Credential 3 is 1 year degree. Not sure if this is considered as Diploma/2nd bachelor degree/anyother eligible second degree.

I hope either Credential of 2 or 3 or (2 and 3) combined is considered as a second degree.

With your current WES, you should forget credential 3 - it is not "completed" (they called it 1 year of graduate study, not a graduate degree or diploma), so it does not count for points. Period. If you want to request that WES reconsiders (or try one of the other assessment organizations), that is your only hope of gaining points with Credential 3.
