November 2017 - Citizenship Applicants

When I went for my citizenship exam last year, Ive noticed that senior applicants were invited for a quick interview. They were asked to meet with the officer first, as we took the exam. I am just not sure what the next process was after that.

I would guess it's just oath after that, assuming the officer is satisfied with the applicant's physical presence claims.

Someone on the November spreadsheet has 365248 days from AOR to IP ... that guy has waited for more than 1000 years for IP, that’s the kind of patience we should all learn from!

My Ecas got updated as "Application Received" and Discover Canada booklet sent.

My application delivered on 8th Nov, please update the spreadsheet

I have sent my application on Nov 22nd and they received it on Nov 26th, but still I didn't get any email regarding file number or anything.

Some of Oct applicants are still pending to receive AOR. few Nov applicants have received it - but there are quite a few Nov first and second week applicant awaiting AOR. I also have applied at the same time as you - it will be a few weeks before we receive it. Dont worry!

You have to wait in line for Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) like everyone else good sir.
