yes it means you passed eligibility. there is no question now that your relationship is genuine.

I guess I am one of those exceptional cases. My process is almost over, interview and PPR on December 6th. It's been a little over 5 months since Mississauga received my application. Only medical exam left and that will be it. I'm guessing I'll get my visa by the end of this month.

our medical done in sept 4 /2017 and all the dou send them everything done NDVO saying from oct 18,2017 our application in progress. so what is different

nothing my filed moved to LVO since Sept 18th, 2017. .so it is approx 4 months ..no update no word.. nothing

I believe NDVO and Columbia visa office are way faster than LVO..LVO still processing 2015, 2016 pending cases and Jan to May 2017 cases.
I don't see any June 2017 case get visa so far OR EVEN heard from LVO

wow Congrats!! Mississauga Visa Office is way faster than LVO... I am July 18th 2017 application so far no News from LVO.. no Word Nothing!
