Hi All,
I just found out from the above number that my file is now with LVO. My timelines are as below:

FSWO-EE
Single applicant
Indian citizen - Dubai resident
Ex PR from 2005-2010
ITA: Apr 5, 2017
Meds done: May 7
Aor & RPRF paid: Jun 29
Meds passed: Jul 27
No ADR’s, interview or biometrics so far.
Ordered 1st GCMS notes: Dec 5
File moved to LVO: Dec 13
Called IRCC: Jan 3, 2018

I’m still waiting for the notes to come through anytime now - but the agent said it all looks ok and that I should hear back from LVO.

Any advise on timeline expectations based on trends at LVO? I must admit I’m getting worried about next steps as my wait time hit over 187 days post aor.

Which number did you call?

When i called Ottowa, the Agent told me that as my file is in LVO. They do not have access to the files

I called the same number in the discussion: ‭00 1 (613) 944-4000‬ from the regular mobile line from Dubai. First they said the agents were busy and disconnected my line. Then on the second attempt and 20 mins of staying on hold - it went through.

ok i'll try again.. maybe my mistake was that I told myself my file is being processed in LVO. should stay silent and let the agent provide the information.

What do you suggest?

The agent I spoke to was very friendly and I requested to first find out where my file was and then which visa office should I follow up on. And then I also asked about passport validity and stuff and was very helpful. They just won’t (or can’t) tell you if it’s approved or when you should expect to hear on the next step. That’s where my worry is still.

Hello Everyone,

I am PNP - Ontario Nominated. I got my IP2 on 8th December & ADR for Passport Biopage on 15th December.

After Submission of ADR on Same date my status will be like " We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details"

What does that mean ? since last 20 days same status showing and NO PPR.

Can anyone please advice on this ?

@adhvaryuhardik @canada-dream Dec 8 IP2 ppl are in line. Only if people after your date get PPR should you be concerned.

By sorting the trackers here you can get some idea as to where you stand in the queue https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application

How to filter & sort to view:
  1. Pending queue and where you stand, in your stream at your VO:
Current status: Medical, Stream: PNP-O, BGS last change status: IP2, Country of residence: your own, VO London, sort by Date BGS changed to IP2
  2. Latest person to get ppr, in your stream at your VO:
Current status: PPR, Stream: PNP-O, Country of residence: your own, VO: London, sort by PPR date
(Country of residence could be left alone if there are too few trackers from there)

As of now, the latest person who received PPR was 15Jun AOR with IP2 on 7Dec
PS: Take the data with a grain of salt. This crowd-sourced information is too small a sample and could be left incomplete or erroneous - but helpful for us nevertheless

What did the agent say about minimum passport validity ?

The passport should have a minimum of 6 months validity before sending for PPR. They didn't mention it specifically - but I would understand that it should be valid for the min 6 months even when you are doing the landing (from my prior landing experience).

They mentioned that if in doubt better to renew the passport and upload it to the case files via CSE or email to LVO. It won't affect the processing of the file - according to them.

Hello everyone:
London VO is giving an impression that the candidate start thinking about its existence even. No activity at all after Dec 15.
