Vancouver Landing, using Toronto address for PR Card

Hi everyone
I plan to do my landing in Vancouver from US and go back to US in 2-3 days. I have an address available in Toronto of a friend which I plan to give for my PR card to be mailed. Wanted to know is this possible i.e land in Vancouver give an address of Toronto or I need to land in the same state as my PR mailing address?

Same question here...but landing in Vancouver and have a friend adress available in Montreal...would that fly? I know express entry PR is not allowed to settle in Quebec straightaway so to say. So would this address in Quebec trigger particular concern?

Technically it should be allowed but we've seen cases were the officer refuses to let the applicant provide a Quebec address.

Even if they refuse you can still use the system later on and provide your friends' address.
