Hoping that someone knows answer to my question. I have received following email from New Delhi office. I am assuming that the requested materials are to be physically mailed to the Delhi high commission and should not be submitted online/email? Please advise.

- Three (3) updated photographs each for you and for all accompanying dependants. For each person, make sure that their name is written on the back of at least one photo. - A police clearance certificate for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, for you and for all accompanying dependants over the age of 18, if the prior certificates on file are greater than 12 months old. This must be received by January 20, 2017.
Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.
